All Kirkbride programs hold accreditations with the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO),

The center also holds a license with the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol and Certification as a Medication Assisted Treatment Program.
 

The US Department of Health and Human Services, SAMHSA, has also certified Kirkbride's Opiod Treatment Program.
