- Rose S. DiOttavio, President/CEO and Director
- Ms. DiOttavio has served as President, COO and Director of CoreCare Systems, Inc. since January 31, 1995 and has served in comparable positions with present subsidiaries of the Company since 1991. In November 2008 she assumed the role of President and CEO of CoreCare Systems, Inc. She has served in a variety of management positions in the health care industry, including needs assessment, regulatory compliance, financial feasibility, project development, financial consulting, operations and fiscal management, expert witness and acquisition due diligence.
- She has been noted for distinction in Outstanding Young Women of America and Who’s Who of American Women. Currently, she also serves as a Director of Horizon House, a non-profit organization serving the mentally ill, homeless, and disadvantaged.
- Frederic Weber M.D., Medical Director
- Dr. Weber is a graduate of Cornell University. Graduate and Medical Degrees were subsequently obtained at the State University of New York at Buffalo.He completed a Residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and is Board Certified in both specialties. After retiring from a 25-year practice of Internal Medicine and Cardiology, Dr. Weber joined the Kirkbride Center in May, 2011 as Director of Medical Services with responsibility for provision and supervision of the medical care of Kirkbride clients. Under the direction and tutelage of Dr. Fred Baurer, Dr. Weber expanded his responsibilities to Narcotic Treatment Physician in September, 2013. He was appointed Medical Director in July, 2023.
- David Rawal, Executive Director
- David joined Kirkbride Center in 2017 as the Assistant Executive Director with responsibility for Risk, Performance Improvement, and Compliance. David has over 25 years of national and international experience in the public and private sectors. Throughout his longstanding career in healthcare, David has a proven record of expanding clinical programming, enhancing patient safety, and mitigating risk as well as working alongside leadership to improve patient satisfaction.
- He has dedicated his professional career to creating systems of care that provide efficient and effective services. David has worked in Risk management, Medical Records, Compliance, HR, Admissions, and psychiatric hospital levels of care. As an experienced, solutions-oriented executive, David has led initiatives to improve the quality of patient care while balancing strategic decision-making with financial discipline across various hospital, and long-term care service lines. David's commitment to patient care and the communities we serve along with his innovative and people-focused approach to leadership align with the organization's values and strategic initiatives.
